In a new Late Late Show sketch, he abuses his power as General Manager of The Forum, where the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball concert took place last weekend.

After Corden learned his part, he had Swift and her dancers put their hands together and led them in a chant.

Don't expect to see James Corden touring with Taylor Swift anytime soon. She graced the stage in an all-black ensemble, and her sweater top had a snake sporting a Santa hat, showing the audience that she was more than ready for Christmas.

It looked like he might have won over Swift and her squad with a couple energy boosting warm-ups, but in the end, Corden wouldn't get his debut.

The roaring cheers and screams at Jingle Ball grew louder and louder as performers hit the stage, from Ed Sheeran to Sam Smith to Demi Lovato.
